Intern
For this role, just focus on preparing for standard interview questions—it’s really not that difficult. Make sure you understand the job scope clearly, as most questions will likely be related to your understanding of the role.
- Can you explain what calibration is?
Sales Representative
There were two interviews, first with HR and the future boss, then an Assessment Center and more talks with HR and the boss. After a few weeks I got the offer. All in all I was very satisfied.
- Assessment Center details?
- Questions for HR?
- About your previous job?
Assistant
It was basically a chat with the manager, with a few technical questions about ERP systems and routines in a very broad way. But there were also many questions about my personal life. I felt like I was approved either because the supervisor liked me or because I accepted the salary offer without negotiating.
- Do you live with your parents or siblings?
- What is your marital status?
- Do you have children?
Calibrator
I had an interview with a staffing agency that included a hand-eye coordination test, and then I met with the supervisor for a tour. They showed me the production line and the specific job I'd be doing. I got a call back to do a background check, and then they sent me for a drug test at a lab. After the background check and drug test results came back, they called me in for orientation.
- What was your previous salary?
