It was a single interview with easy questions, not hard to crack. The HR team was very supportive in arranging the interview. The interview consisted mostly of technical questions with a little bit of behavioral questions. The people there are good to work with.

Initial screening followed by a discussion with the hiring manager. Then, an in-depth conversation with potential colleagues and team members. Finally, direct feedback with an HR partner. Overall, a well-structured interview process that gives a good sense of the work environment. The participants were very generous with their time and were direct yet friendly during the conversation.

Applied a month ago and got a call back last week. Recruiter said it was a data entry position. Interviewed with two people. They are looking for someone for a position that sounds very unsure of or could be long term. Apparently they have a new system but need someone to audit information in the system. The position seems unnecessary and not a typical data entry job. They were just throwing around random duties you could do. Troubleshooting, talking to customers. Things that have nothing to do with the job title. Which makes me feel the job will not be stable. You will be basically auditing others data entered. Observed people wearing jeans on a Monday. But the vibe seems very uptight. Seems as if they prefer a certain look over actually qualification. It seemed as if they were very interested and intrigued. But a hour after interview I got a email saying they were moving forward with someone else.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a phone screen to see if I would move on to the assessment. After completing the assessment, my application was sent to the hiring manager. Then I got offered an interview. I had a 1:1 interview with two different people, which lasted about an hour and a half. The interview itself went really well and the interviewers were super nice and helpful. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week or early next week. After two weeks, I sent a thank you note, and then I emailed again about the position's status. I didn't get a response until almost a month after the interview. The people were great, but the talent acquisition team's communication was lacking.
