First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wight & Company.
Intern
It was a straightforward campus recruiting process. The people were really nice and helpful, and the interview process was very efficient. They asked about me and focused a lot on personality questions, emphasizing the importance of being a good fit and a people person.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
Intern
I talked with people about my qualifications. They were professional. They asked me questions to help me show my skills and enthusiasm. We talked about the job. I explained how I am a good fit. The panel seemed really excited about the company's projects and future. It made me feel like this is a good place for me to work and grow.
- Can you tell me about your future goals?
Intern
I got recruited on campus and they seemed really interested, appreciating my previous experience. I then went to their main office for a second interview round where I met with VPs from different departments. I felt like I did great, but they never reached out after.
- Would you prefer to be a Project Manager or a Project Superintendent?
