I was contacted by their recruiter on LinkedIn about a potential match. We had an initial phone chat, and then I interviewed with a technical director. It was pretty laid-back. We discussed what they do and what I was looking for in terms of experience. They invited me for an in-person interview after the virtual one, but I had to pass because of the commute. It was a good experience though, I probably would have taken the job if it was closer.

So, I had an interview with the technical director first, and then I spoke with the director of the architecture department. They were both super nice and professional, really humble people. The conversation was pretty general, aimed at seeing if I'd be a good fit for the company.

Rich Carlson from WightCo met me at a job fair and we had a great chat. He then invited me to their office for another interview. There, I met Rich again, plus some other senior managers whose teams I'd be joining.
