The process was simple. I interviewed with the hiring manager and they asked me a few things about my past experience and when I could work. It was a pretty relaxed chat and I didn't have to do much preparation.

Behavioral Technical

I got a phone call asking when I was free and then was told the time and date. No email or message to confirm. The colleagues were friendly and accommodating, and offered me a drink. But when I started the interview, the manager told me to relax and that they were just getting to know me. Then they started asking difficult questions like weaknesses and incapability. I left feeling confident. Then I got an email 4 hours later saying I wasn't successful. I was shocked because the manager said they still had 2 more weeks of interviews. It felt disrespectful to waste people's time for interviews you wouldn't accept. Then I got emails every month saying I was unsuccessful, even after the first one.

Group Presentation Behavioral Other

We started with group exercises and individual evaluations, then moved on to role playing and presentations. There were also personality tests. We did a lot of interactions within the group, focusing on team building, attitudes, and value tests. We also had brainstorming sessions and worked on articulation and communication skills. This was repeated.
