So, the interview process started with a standard first interview, then a 4-day take-home assignment. After that, it was a really intense 2-hour block with a behavioral interview, portfolio review, and a design challenge all crammed in. The third round was kinda wild, I was on a call while filling out this document that was basically a pop quiz about the company mixed with some behavioral questions. The interviewer was right there. Super weird. Honestly, the interviewer was unprofessional and asked some really uncomfortable questions, just like others have said. I really wouldn't recommend wasting your time here. Whova, seriously, look at your interview process, it's clearly not working based on all the negative feedback.

The co-founder, Tim, grilled me on why I didn't intern at a bigger company in college and how many employees my current company has, and why I'm applying here without big company experience. He even looked up my LinkedIn and current company during the call and questioned why most employees are students. He focused only on my past work history, not my skills or accomplishments. The next step would have been an unpaid take-home challenge that would take 3-4 days. I passed on this, as the co-founders clearly don't know how to interview.

It was a behavioral and a technical interview. They asked a lot of questions to see if I was interested and a good fit. It felt more like a chat, not too nerve-wracking. The technical part involved doing a competitive analysis of a product.
