Behavioral Technical

I was reached out through LinkedIn and handshake, then had a video screening call. Then a longer office visit interview, and a final conversation before getting an offer. Be ready to answer questions about why whova, why sales, and your working experience. Interview process was smooth. Pretty responsive and engaging communication.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This took over 2 months and involved about 5 calls for an entry level role. The non-founder people were nice, but the founders were rude and didn't seem to value people. I went through the whole thing and they said they would offer me a job. Then, after HR started the process, they backed out and said they weren't interested anymore. It was super unprofessional after 2 months and makes me wonder if they're actually hiring. I saw other reviews saying similar things. The pay was really low too - $44k base with $800-$1000 monthly commission, and they lied about the AE/AM OTE and quota attainment. They seem to have scummy practices and low pay, the process takes forever, and they'll even pull offers. Look somewhere else if you have any self-respect.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I was first contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin, then had a phone screening, followed by a short interview on Zoom. The final stage was an in-person meeting at their office in San Diego, which included a mock email and a mock call. The interviewers seemed unprepared, as they didn't have my resume printed and didn't seem to have read it beforehand, making it quite awkward. After the interview, the interviewer mentioned setting up a meeting with other team members and said he'd email the details, but I never heard back, even after following up. The pay was also very low for Southern California, especially with no commission in the first year. I wouldn't recommend this place.
