So I had this final interview, which was honestly the most unprofessional and traumatizing experience ever. They made me do this time-consuming assignment beforehand. Then, when I got there, the interviewer basically asked me why I didn't do a better job on it. After that, they kept me for 3 hours to meet the CEO, who then asked me some really inappropriate questions, like about my parents' feelings on my career switch. After the whole 3-hour ordeal, they just ghosted me.

I had a quick phone call to check if I was qualified. It was pretty shocking when they asked if I was Asian, which I found inappropriate, but I still went to the one-on-one interview. They asked me to bring my laptop for a writing test, and then at the end, they told me they changed their minds. The questions they asked were strange and made me feel uneasy. I had looked at their app beforehand and found it confusing. I think the interviewer got annoyed because I didn't get their question and wasn't helpful when I asked for clarification. When I asked things like 'what would be my role within your company be, and what do you expect for the first thirty days,' they just responded with 'what do you think?' The whole company just gave me a bad vibe. They never followed up, so I figured I didn't get the job.
