First, I did an online application, which included writing an essay. Then, I had a group interview where we did some interactive situations. The last interview was a one-on-one with two area coordinators and one current resident assistant.

So, after I sent in my application, the hiring manager reached out via email and asked for my resume and cover letter. Once they had everything, we set up an in-person interview. The recruiter started with some general questions about me and my background. Then, they asked some more specific questions about my strengths and weaknesses and how I'd deal with workplace conflicts. At the end, they asked if I had any questions for them, and that was it.
