Staff Accountant
the process was smooth. i got a call first and then an interview was scheduled. i went to the campus for the interview. i was interviewed by two people. it took about 20 mins.

Resident Advisor
The interview process was pretty straightforward and we interacted a lot. They really focused on diversity and inclusion, and also on how to handle conflicts. Being a team player was important, and they wanted someone ready for a challenging 10 months where they'd need to be adaptable.
