Behavioral Technical

The interview process is pretty standard - typical questions about experience, a few technical questions, questions about career goals, etc. The only unique thing WRA does is they bring in young engineers to interview you too (I imagine this isn't the case for more senior positions) First you interview with your group's VPs, then you interview with 2 younger engineers, then you get walked around to meet everyone and see the office. I was told my interview was shorter than normal, and I was still there for 2-3 hours. The hiring process is also pretty typical. The only down side is that WRA won't extend an offer until your background check is complete, which takes a little time. If you have a pending offer from another firm as I did, that can make for some difficult decisions.

Behavioral

They emailed me and asked for a talk at their office. They asked me typical behavioral questions, a little bit about my resume, and introduced me to the company, their team, and their work. They didn't ask me any technical questions. They told me I would hear from them soon, probably good news, but after I followed up a couple of times, they eventually said they weren't hiring this year.

Behavioral Technical

The process started with a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen. They asked me to recount my journey from college up to the present, detailing how I secured a scholarship and gained all my professional experience. They also wanted me to elaborate on my responsibilities and activities in each previous role.

Behavioral

I had one on-site interview for this role. It was pretty relaxed and straightforward. They mainly asked about my background and I don't think they asked any behavioral questions. I was also given a tour of the office. I heard back about 10 days later. It was a good experience overall.
