I went through 2 interviews with more than 10 interviewers in a round-robin style. Everyone was chill and shared different questions and thoughts about the industry. I felt pretty relaxed during the interview and got a better idea of who I'd be working with at this company.

The interview process felt very unprofessional. The interviewers seemed uninterested from the initial info session all the way through the interview itself. They were both kind of flippant and seemed more focused on finishing early than actually recruiting. While it seems like it could be a neat company, my specific experience was disappointing. Overall, they gave a bad impression of what working there would be like.

I got an interview from a college career fair and it was in person. They asked simple questions. It was very casual, about a 4 person panel. Good people, good company. Definitely recommend for anyone considering construction management.
