We had 3 interviews in 1 day, then a site visit. First interview was with a project manager, second with a superintendent, and the third with an executive. After that, we had lunch and then went to a site. The site visit was very thorough and detailed, but it gave a good sense of what the day-to-day would be like.

I sought out the company through my school's networking opportunities and they reached out. They accommodate parking and allocated a 2 hour window for the interview process to be thorough.
