It was a really nice two-part interview. First, I had to fill out a quick questionnaire. Then, I talked with three managers who were super friendly. We chatted about the role and what I could bring to the company. The next day, I had a second interview with a trainer. They were also really nice and explained how the day would go. I also got to ask all the questions I missed the first time around.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and everyone was really nice. It turned out to be more of a direct sales role than I initially thought, which might have been a misunderstanding on my part or maybe the listing was a bit unclear. But they were upfront during the interviews, which was great. After the first chat, I had some idea of the job, and after the second, it was totally clear what I'd be doing. They were really open about what they’re looking for and how the daily tasks would go. The job is sales-based with commission, and I had to ask a couple of times after the offer to get the exact wage details, but they were honest when I asked. Everyone starts at the bottom, doing the less glamorous work, before moving up to a recruiter role and then potentially management. They say this whole progression can take about 6 months to a year, and they're clear about that too. This might be good for someone who likes sales, but if you're more into the analytical side of marketing and prefer working behind the scenes, this probably isn't the role for you. It could be a good fit if you're good at sales and handling rejection, but not if you're specifically looking for a traditional marketing or management job.

I got there ten minutes before the interview was supposed to start, but it ended up being about twenty minutes late. It was a short five-minute meeting and I didn't really get a good feel for the place. I had some questions ready to ask, but I felt like they kind of brushed me off.

I really enjoyed the interview process! There were 2 rounds and I met the CEO in the second one, which was a first for me. I got a really good understanding of what they do and what's expected. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process and the hiring managers.
