First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Whitehardt.
Account Executive
First, there was a screening call with an outsourced recruiting company where they reviewed my resume and asked basic questions about the role. Then, I had a second round with a director, focusing on behavior and situational questions.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at Whitehardt?
Account Executive
My interviewer was a little passive aggressive and when I was asked if I knew how to do a vlookup on excel, I told I her I had previously worked with it and would probably be comfortable with it after a refresher. She seemed very skeptical about my skills despite my education and experience on my resume and being reached out by their recruiter to interview for the position.
- Do you have experience with Excel and would you be comfortable using it?
Marketing Developer
The process was great, I was invited upstairs to meet the CEO, who was very charismatic. However, it wasn't clear what he wanted for the position, so it didn't work out.
- How would you contribute to selling a script for us?
