The recruiters were really nice and took the time to explain things. They were interested in my past experience and how passionate I am about this role. They asked around 10 questions during the interview. Overall, it was a good experience. The interviews were conducted over Zoom and they were good about giving feedback.

Had one interview at the start. It was pretty straightforward and to the point. They asked me about my experience from previous jobs and school. They also wanted to know how I would handle keeping the general office running smoothly, taking care of clients and attorneys' needs, and managing daily office tasks efficiently.

The interview process was really long and felt like they were doing things out of order, like trying to grow a part of the business before all the leaders were on board. The people were good, but I left feeling weird about how decisions were made.
