It was a pretty straightforward process. First, I had a phone chat with the hiring team. After that, I went for an onsite interview where I had several back-to-back meetings with senior managers from the team. There was also a shadowing part.

Accountant
The interview was good. The recruiter provided useful and correct information and helped me get ready. There were calls before meeting the company, after the first day, and after the first week.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?

The process was great and communication was excellent. I'm looking forward to joining the team. The commute is easy to access. Leadership received high praise. The culture and chemistry sound great. It was straightforward from top to bottom, with no games and nothing that seemed toxic.
- What is your motivation?

It was a 3-round virtual interview process. First, there was an HR screen, followed by interviews with senior team members. The last round was a 2-hour session with four different people, each interviewing for 30 minutes.
