Marketing and Sales Representative
Started with a phone screening, then had a Zoom call with the owner who answered my questions and explained the business. After that, I had an in-person interview where I learned more about the position. During the in-person interview, they asked about my career goals, how I handle challenges, and my communication skills.
- What are your passions regarding career development, and how can they benefit the company?
- How do your passions contribute to making you a valuable asset for this business?
Marketing Specialist
It was some behavioral questions and they asked about my past experience with marketing. They also introduced the daily routine of entry level graduate marketing. The second round interview was with the owner and they asked me how I could contribute to the company.
- What makes you want this job?
- Where do you see yourself in the future?
- Can you share your marketing background?
Brand Associate
There were two interviews, one with the owner and one with the manager you’d be working with. Both were great, they went over the company, your responsibilities, and the pay and promotion structure. The owner and manager were both nice and knowledgeable. The owner asked standard questions and moved you on if they felt you were a good fit. The manager would then go into detail about the job, expectations, and company history, and then if they liked you, they would extend an offer.
- What is your previous work experience?
- What are your future career aspirations?
- Can you share an example of a challenging situation you encountered?
Marketing Representative
The interview process has 3 rounds. First, you talk to the manager, it's super quick. Then, you go to a store and meet an account manager, they have 1-4 months of experience. This is where you learn more about the company structure. If the account manager likes you, you have your last interview with the company manager again. They want to hire people who want to be managers and grow within the company.
- What is your motivation for success?
