The entire interview process stretched over approximately one month. It involved three face-to-face interviews in total. Initially, I spoke with the store manager two times, followed by an interview with the district manager. The conversation with the district manager heavily focused on store performance metrics. If you have prior retail management background, make sure you are well-versed in the numbers and metrics you worked with, such as volume, UPT, ADS, and conversion. These are crucial metrics at WHBM. Be prepared to discuss them and how you influenced these numbers in your previous position. Familiarity with these metrics beforehand is certainly a significant advantage!
