I responded to an ad for a Server position that was a few days old. I was asked to come in for an interview about 5 days later. When I arrived, the hostess didn't greet me and I had to tell her I was there for an interview. She mentioned a hiring freeze due to corona but said I could still interview. I was then told I needed to fill out an online application before they could interview me, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. I waited 30 minutes for the interviewer in an empty restaurant. He arrived without greeting or introducing himself and rushed me to a table. He asked if I wanted a drink, and I asked for water. While he was getting it, I heard him yell at a waiter to finish up and leave. He returned and asked me one question: 'why do you want to work here?'. After I answered, he said they were fully staffed and the ad must have been old. He didn't say anything else until I said goodbye, to which he responded, 'I have your number.'
