The interview process was super simple. It involved two interviews, one assessment, and then a final presentation. Recruiter communication was great, and honestly, it was one of the most complete and well-organized interview experiences I've had.

The process was quite slow and the resourcing team didn't offer great customer service, leading to a poor overall experience. I was eager to join Whitbread because I know I can significantly contribute to the business by improving efficiencies, performance, and confidence. It's concerning that a company with such a long history lacks basic customer service.

Got a reply from a recruiter about 3 weeks after applying. The process had three steps: a short introductory call with the recruiter, a second video interview with the hiring manager and a senior person (mostly technical questions, pretty structured), and a final in-person interview at the Dunstable office. Overall, it was a really good experience. Everyone I talked to was nice, and communication was clear the whole way. Didn't get the offer in the end, but I liked how the interview felt like we were both talking to each other.

It was like two or three rounds. The first one was just a chat, and the second round was more technical with an exercise, which totally didn't work out. I feel like they should just do a technical chat and talk with the client, not an exercise, especially if the client CV shows years of experience. They didn't give any feedback. I followed up twice, but they never contacted me so I just assumed they weren't interested... but hey, their loss. That also put me off from accepting any offer, had there been one.
