First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Whirlpool.
Electrical Engineer
The engineering team conducted a good interview process. But then the HR team made me take personality tests, even though they weren't mentioned in the job description. They said I didn't meet some criteria, but they never said what those criteria were.
- Did you complete the personality tests?
Intern
O processo teve 2 etapas. A primeira foi com a companhia de estágio e a segunda com a gestora e o RH. A gestora da área foi um pouco debochada. As perguntas foram bem específicas sobre o curso e demoraram para dar retorno do processo.
- What is your English level?
- What is your area of interest?
Sales Development Program
The interview process has four rounds. You start with an online assessment, then a recruiter screen. After that, there's a behavioral interview where you have to do a 5-minute sales presentation. The final round includes a case study. It moves fast, which is good, but the pay is low and you don't get to choose where they place you. Also, the training is only in Michigan, which isn't clear from the job description.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in Whirlpool?
- Describe a situation where you had to deconstruct a complex problem.
- Share an experience where you adjusted your leadership approach.
Analista Pleno
The interview process involved a personal interview where we discussed your past experiences, English proficiency, and knowledge of specific tools. This was followed by an interview with the area manager to talk about projects and accomplishments from previous jobs, and to address any questions about people management and your experience in that area.
- Could you tell me about the most significant project you've completed in your professional career?
- What is the most important project you have finished in your professional life?
