RH call about salary expectations, resume, and a personality test with Gulpy. Then two interviews with directors and managers. The company's internal process is bureaucratic and slow: it took a month after the initial HR contact for the first manager interview, and then another six months for the second manager interview.

I interviewed for a Tableau Developer role on August 8th, 2019. I went through two rounds of interviews, which were techno-functional, and I passed them. The final round was an HR interview where I was selected and offered the position. The HR discussed perks and benefits and mentioned she would send the offer letter by the end of August 9th, with a start date of August 17th. She also suggested looking for housing near Viman Nagar. I waited until August 12th, and she said she was still discussing it and would send the offer the next day. On August 14th, she called to say the requirement had changed and I wouldn't receive an offer, but she wanted me to interview for a different role on another project and scheduled another interview. Although disappointed, I decided to try again and interviewed on August 16th. The technical lead was impressed, but one interviewer noted they needed someone with over 4 years of experience. They scheduled a hands-on interview for August 21st. This third interview didn't go well as they were looking for more experience. I knew I likely wouldn't be selected. The HR didn't provide feedback for a week and stopped answering calls. Finally, she texted to say I didn't clear the round.
