The interview process started with a phone call where they asked about my current and past work, my English level, and my salary expectations. Then there was an online interview with a detailed explanation of the job. Finally, a face-to-face interview. Throughout the whole process, we communicated via WhatsApp.

So the hiring process had a bunch of steps. It kicked off at a career fair where I just gave them my resume and chatted a bit. Then, they called me back for a 1:2 interview on campus, which was mostly behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time you...' with no real technical stuff. Later, I was invited for an onsite interview. This involved a large group session where we were split into two groups. One group went for interviews with panels in the morning, while the other did a team-building exercise in the shop floor with assemblers to see how we'd work there. Then, we switched, so my group did the shop floor thing first, then the interviews.

Everything was really fast, they get straight to the point with their questions and don't like to spend more than 30 minutes on it. I honestly didn't like it, I felt it was more of a knowledge test than a job interview. I had 3 interviews before this one.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you tell me about yourself?
  • Can you describe your previous work experience?
  • What would you do in certain hypothetical scenarios?
