Got a good vibe from the recruiters at first, but then they just stopped responding after I finished the montage video interview. This is the second time I've interviewed with Whirpool in two years for different roles. It's important to have mutual respect. The candidate experience didn't really match up with what the company says it values.

The first round was a phone call where they asked a lot of technical questions about heat transfer and the refrigeration cycle. The second round was in person and they asked about fluid mechanics and machines. The interviewer was pretty good and technical.
