We had an onsite interview where about 15 people were split into teams. Each team had to do individual assessments and presentations. One of these was building a Lego set as a team, and then giving a presentation about how that team activity went.

The interview was directly with the area manager, and it's possible the manager might participate or call for a later conversation. My experience was smooth; the manager introduced themselves, talked about their family, where they were born, college, previous work experience, and a hobby. Then, they asked me to do the same. During my talk, I highlighted some technical skills I possess, and they steered the conversation towards those points. Afterward, the manager told me about the internship project they had developed and asked for my thoughts. Since it aligned with my expectations, I discussed that. In the end, they left the floor open for questions about the company, the sector, and even career advice. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but since everything flowed well and we had time, we talked for 50 minutes.

  • If chosen for the position, do you lean more towards managing indicators or executing new projects?
