I'm not going to waste my time talking with your company on the phone, nor will I do my due diligence preparing for the interview if the interviewer, the PARTNER of your company, is not prepared for me. I interviewed with the partner who was ill-prepared, rude and insulting. Leadership sets the tone of any company and there is no way I would want to step foot into this company after that call. There have been multiple threads on glassdoor about a partner who has been rude and I can't help but assume I got the same person. He didn't even know what position I was interviewing for. He didn't even read my resume. I have over 10 years of project management experience in IT and he asked me "Do you have PM experience?" His response to my scrum certification was "that's just the in thing now." His answers and responses to me were condescending. I have solid experience and have work for amazing managers throughout my career as well as those who can make your life a living Hell. After this phone interview, I have one word for anyone looking at this company: RUN!

The receptionist was really nice and offered me a drink while I waited in a comfortable couch area. This was cool because it gave me a feel for the office vibe before the interview. The interview itself was great, very relaxed and conversational. They seemed genuinely interested in understanding my passions and how I'd fit into the company. I had two interviews in total, and both were fantastic experiences. I haven't heard back yet, but wanted to share my thoughts.

So, the first interview was a 45-minute phone call with a senior marketing manager. We talked a lot about my coursework and content knowledge, especially about how good I am with Microsoft Office and html. I got a callback pretty quickly, like a day or two later, for an in-person interview at their office. There, I met with another senior manager and two of the company's partners.

I applied for this role and got an email pretty fast to set up a phone chat. After about 3 phone interviews (one person was away when I had the second one), they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I had two in-person interviews, one was a video call, and they all went pretty well. This was a pretty fast process compared to most jobs I interview for, which usually take 4-8 weeks start to finish.
