So, first they gave me a call, then I went in for an in person interview. The whole thing was pretty fast and simple. They asked me some basic questions about fixing computers and also some basic customer service stuff to see if I'd be a good fit.

I applied to work remotely out of a Las Vegas office, reporting to Fort Lauderdale. About two weeks later, I got a call from Rory for a phone interview. He talked a bit about the company and asked me questions for about 45 minutes. He said he'd follow up the next week and that I'd be moving on to the second interview. A week went by, and I hadn't heard anything, so I checked in to see if I was still in. He confirmed I was and that they were wrapping up other interviews, and he'd let me know when they scheduled the in-person interviews. Unfortunately, I never heard back, even after following up. This is a negative experience because I got no follow-up on what was happening. I know it's not required, but it's a simple professional courtesy to respond to an email. Other than that, I enjoyed talking to Rory and hope they consider hiring in Las Vegas in the future. Thanks for the opportunity.
