Lots of calls and emails. They mentioned sending an offer letter, but after 3 weeks of following up, they went radio silent. Really unprofessional to lie to potential hires. I wouldn't want to work for liars anyway.

The CEO reached out to me on Linkedin. We had a really nice, casual chat on the phone. It was super informative and open, and the CEO was easy to talk to. You could tell they're really invested in their employees and would do anything for them. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the rest of the team. They were all really upfront about the company, the culture, and what it's like to work there. I felt like I had a really good understanding of everything by the end.
