I had a phone interview and they said they'd move me to the next step which was a Zoom interview. They told me it would be the next Tuesday and that I'd get a call to confirm. But that Tuesday came and went with no confirmation call or anything. Then I got a rejection email three days after the scheduled interview. It was quite a surprise. I thought this company was professional up until that point. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for success.
