Sales Assistant
The interview process has too many phases and questions. Most questions are pretty standard and can be found online, with many repetitive ones. After being shortlisted, it usually involves a quick chat with a recruiter or TA, followed by a panel interview with 2-4 people, and potentially a final sign-off with a senior person. It has become a lengthy process, with one employer dragging it out over two months, which increases pressure on the candidate. I've wondered if this increased pressure is why companies are doing this now, to test us more.

News Intern
You'll have two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with your supervisor. They'll want to know about your past experience, how you've supported Nouss organizations before, and what you bring to the table.
- Can you describe your experience working in fast-paced settings?
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- What's your past experience helping Nouss organizations?
News Writer
I received an email and picked a time on Calendly for a Zoom interview. They asked very few questions, and the decision was based on a writing test. The process took almost 2 hours, but the interviewer was very nice. They responded to emails quickly and let me know when I wasn't selected.

Photographer
I had an interview that lasted about 2-3 hours, which included a review of my editing and camera skills. It was a good experience interviewing with the team. The editing part wasn't too hard; they asked me to make a news clip based on a script.

- Can you describe your broadcast experience?
