It started with a phone screen with HR, then I talked to the Director of Sales. After that, I had a chat with another Account Executive. The final round was a group interview about company culture and a presentation where I had to talk about my expertise.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included a phone screen, followed by a face-to-face interview and a writing assignment. It was in-depth, involving meetings with two representatives, a manager, and a VP. The face-to-face part lasted two hours. They asked about my past experiences and future goals, and about bosses I liked.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed for a Business Development Manager role. The process started with a phone interview and then moved to a series of in-person interviews. I got to meet the hiring manager and people from the business development, marketing, finance, technical, and executive teams. In total, I met with 7 people. Everything started on time and their follow-up was great. Everyone talked about the company's core values and strategy. It was impressive how aligned everyone was with the company's values and strategy, across all departments. They were also very open about the business challenges they're dealing with, which I found honest and refreshing. I thought the team was great in all our interactions. They seem like smart people who know their goals. They have a team culture built on communication, integrity, and shared objectives.

Behavioral Technical

Applied in May 2015 and heard back mid-June. The process was simple: a phone interview, then 3 weeks later, an on-site with three TAMs. I met two TAMs in the office and one over video chat. They all asked questions, making the interview run long.
