Behavioral Other

I was contacted by the company director and we met at a local hotel. The director was really friendly and talked a lot about the operational challenges they were facing and how I could fit in. At the end of the meeting, they mentioned that a VP would be visiting the next week and wanted to meet me. The VP and I met at a local restaurant and discussed company needs and how I could contribute. A few weeks later, after I followed up with the director via email, a staffing person called me for a phone interview.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a 3-part process. First, a 15-minute phone chat where I talked about myself, my work, and why I'm a good fit. Then, an online interview that was more for me to ask questions about the company. Lastly, a 3-hour interview with Intel, which included typical behavioral questions, spatial awareness questions, and a question about how to approach a specific instrument.

Behavioral

The initial application was easy, and I was contacted by HQ soon after about a location. We then set up an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty laid-back. They were interested in my past experience but mostly focused on the kind of person I am and my work ethic. The interviewer was really nice and made the atmosphere comfortable.
