First, there's an online application that includes a one-way video interview. If that goes well, you'll have a 30-45 minute full interview over Teams. If you pass that round, you'll be given an Excel project and then need to present your work in another meeting.
- Can you share an instance of working in a team?
- How do you handle stress?
Agent
The interviewer was very attentive, informed me about the company's values, salary, and the type of employee they are looking for. They also showed respect for the candidate. I hope to be part of this great team one day.
- What is your objective in 5 years?
Sales
It was a long, multi-step process. I was told to have a brag book ready. There were multiple people interviewing at the same time and place. The hiring manager was nice and fun to talk to.
- What qualities define a successful sales representative?
Sales
I had an initial 30-minute meeting with the location manager. He contacted me 4 days later to meet with the General Manager from the corporate office. This interview lasted about an hour and covered my past work and my ideas for growth. I got a call back later that afternoon and was offered the job. The company values a strong work ethic and keeping customers happy, with follow-ups like thank you gifts and survey cards, leading to positive feedback, repeat business, and referrals.
