It was a fluid interview, a direct chat. Goals were discussed. Questions about a career challenge and trajectory, and what you're looking for as a professional. It was very easy to follow along. Not much room for automatic scripting. Dynamic.

The whole process took about 8 months and had about 6 or 7 interviews, it was a really long one. HR was not the best with follow ups and the recruitment dragged on forever. But, the interview panel was usually made up of really interesting people with tons of experience to share. They were from similar backgrounds, but there were also cross-functional interviews, and then another interview with the country GM who would assess how well you fit into the company culture. Even though it was long, it was pretty enjoyable.

Interviewed twice, three weeks apart. Both people seemed to love me. Had to do a RIDICULOUS design exercise and because my current job is so hectic, I spent two nights with no sleep doing it. Then they waited about a month to tell me (two days after my friend who had referred me) that they were going to go another way. Total waste of time. If your ready to jump into a crazy chaotic environment and hope to stay afloat, have at it. But my advice, and the advice of my friend who left them, run don't walk.
