I went through a selection process that was different from others at the company because it was the first young apprentice program. They had 5 spots for Community and 1 for Payroll. I found out about it from the NGO founder where I was a volunteer student and expressed my interest. Then, the recruiter called me for a phone interview. After that, I had an in-person group interview with other candidates at one of the company's units on Avenida Paulista. We talked with some community managers who handle the community and operations of the coworking spaces. It was more of a casual chat where we discussed who we are, our personal interests, goals, what we knew about the company, and our strengths. It was the best interview I've had, and the recruiter later told me I was approved and would start in a few weeks.

It wasn't a super formal interview. The interviewers were really relaxed and aimed to make you feel comfortable. They kicked things off by asking general questions about you and what you're interested in, and then they shared a bit about themselves. After that, they moved on to questions about your motivation for the role and how you're a good fit for it.

I was sent a video interview where I had to record myself answering questions. I was given about 30 seconds to think about my answers. They ask basic questions about myself and any experience I might have from my professional or academic background. A lot of the questions seemed to focus on conflict resolution and how I work in a team.
