Behavioral Presentation

I wanted to express how positive and enriching the entire selection process at Wework was, more than just a formal thank you. From the first contact, I noticed the professionalism and clarity with which everything was handled. Our interview was a real pleasure. You managed to create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere, allowing me to naturally and confidently share my experiences and motivations. You clearly and thoroughly explained the team's daily challenges, the company culture, and the expectations for the role, showing deep knowledge and a genuine desire to find the right person for the team. The questions were pertinent and thought-provoking, going beyond the resume to understand my behavioral competencies and thinking style. Leaving the interview feeling even more motivated and with a clear vision of the role is rare and a sign of masterful handling. Regardless of the final outcome, I have an excellent impression of Wework and its employees. Congratulations on the exemplary way you conducted the process, and thank you again for your consideration and the opportunity.

Behavioral Presentation

It took 6 weeks to go through everything. We started with HR, then talked to some Managers, had some in-person meetings, and finished with a presentation. Everyone was really good at communicating and seemed interested. It was all out in the open and totally worth hanging in there.

Behavioral Technical

I got referred by an employee and that interview went well. Then I had a call with a recruiter, but it was in a noisy place and she only asked about my salary needs and nothing else. She didn't even try to 'sell' the job to me. The call ended super fast. After that, I spoke with the director of global account management via video. However, the manager was outside in a noisy area using a cell phone. The connection was really bad, with the screen freezing, audio cutting in and out, and people walking by. The phone kept moving, and I started feeling 'phone' sick. It was a terrible experience, and she just asked general questions. She seemed totally uninterested in interviewing me, was late, and didn't even apologize. Given the recent bad press, I'm kind of glad I got the 'redirection' email. I'd suggest they improve the candidate experience and not get too arrogant as a company.
