The process was nice and simple. We started with a brief screening, and then I went in for an in-person interview. The questions were basic, focusing on my customer service skills, availability, and how I'd handle busy shifts. The interviewer worked at the location and was nice.

Was early for the interview but the interviewer was late and unprepared. They were very blunt and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. They kept comparing my responses to those of other candidates. Their body language was terrible, and they acted as if I was doing them a favor by showing up for my interview.

It was an open interview. I went in, filled out an application, and waited with a bunch of other people for my name to be called. It was a one-on-one interview, and honestly, it wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be super professional, but it wasn't. This is for Wetzel's Pretzels. They asked serious questions about the job and some fun get-to-know-me questions.
