Westwood's interview process felt pretty smooth. First up was a phone chat with someone from HR. Then, another phone call, this time with HR again and the hiring manager. The final interview was with the hiring manager and some other managers.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and went well. I had two interviews, and they were both really professional. The people interviewing me were nice and treated me with respect, and they asked some good questions. They were also pretty friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

After the interview, I was told I'd hear back in 7-10 business days. I emailed a few times for updates, but either got no response or a vague promise of an update that never came. It's been over a month, and I didn't get the job, which is okay, but it was unprofessional not to let me know. I made my interest clear, but they didn't bother to inform me of the rejection, making it feel like a waste of time.

Super smooth interview process! There were 3 interviews in total. The first one was a video interview, then the second interview included more leaders, and the third one was in person. The interviews themselves were pretty straightforward, with typical interview questions and then some situational ones. The team was very welcoming!
