It was a normal process, they asked basic questions about me and my past work, and checked references. Nothing out of the ordinary occurred. I spoke with my manager and supervisor.

It was a pretty chill and friendly interview process. Nothing unusual, they might ask about stuff you like to do outside of work. Make sure to highlight your skills and how you know computer systems and software. The first meeting was with the hiring manager for the department you applied to and someone from HR. They usually post job ads as confidential on Craigslist. The office was clean and the people were nice.

Even though there's an HR dept, hiring is done by individual managers, so things might change depending on the manager, dept, and where you are. Once you send a resume and they like it, the manager usually calls you and asks some basic stuff. There are usually two interviews: first with the manager, then with the manager and other people who can make decisions for your dept. The interviews are pretty chill, nothing to stress about, seems like they care more about if you'll fit in and if you're willing to learn their ways. Expect an offer when they give you the employee handbook. Tip: While you're there, check out the office and if you can, ask to use the restroom to get a better feel for the place and the people. It's not super stuffy and most people are pretty nice, if you don't make it obvious you might hear what workers think about the company since they talk pretty openly.

I had a phone interview, and they asked some pretty standard questions. The whole thing took only a few days before they got back to me with a job offer. There were two interviewers on the phone, and they were really nice. They were super professional but also had a way of making me feel relaxed.
