It was a really chill interview process, which was nice since I didn't have a ton of experience and was kinda nervous. Ashley was super welcoming! It's a two-step thing. First, a Zoom call to go over the role and company. They ask some straightforward but good questions. Then, I went to the Dallas office for an in-person meeting with an Account Manager. We went over benefits, pay, and other details.

I applied online and had a video phone screen with the recruiter which was pretty straightforward with typical questions. She then set up a video interview with the hiring manager for later. However, when that interview began, the manager immediately interrupted and rescheduled it for later that day, citing another in-person interview. I agreed, but this scheduling issue felt like a major red flag and indicated a poorly organized hiring process. It was disappointing to be bumped for someone else due to their mistake. After I told the recruiter about the rescheduling, neither she nor the manager ever got back to me, and I was completely ghosted. This was the most unprofessional hiring experience I've had, showing a clear lack of respect and organization. They really need to overhaul their hiring process and value potential candidates more.

Behavioral Group

It was a group zoom interview with the hiring manager and 4 other applicants. We all had our cameras and mics on. We each spoke about our experience, what we were looking for, and our hobbies. Right after I mentioned my experience and college degree, the manager said they thought it wasn't the right fit for me, implying I was overqualified. They then explained that the job is basically door-to-door sales, with the goal of opening your own office for that later. When I asked about day-to-day responsibilities, they said if I was worried about training, then they didn't think we were a good fit. I was then thanked for my time. It seemed sketchy and might be good for someone without a college degree looking for experience.

First, you'll have a phone screen. Then, there's a group Zoom interview with general questions. If you pass that, you'll have an in-person interview with more personal questions and a review of the job requirements. You'll hear back the same day after each step. They always call the day before to confirm you're still attending.
