The interview process was quick and thorough. It started with a phone call with HR and then moved to an in-person interview at the clinic. The people there were really nice and friendly, and I felt like I could really talk about my clinical skills. They answered all my questions too.

Did an initial video interview that went great. The next day, I got an email saying they wanted to move forward and have me meet the director and the PSR team. I replied right away, thanking them and giving my availability. After two days of silence, they emailed again saying they decided to go with other applicants. I'm not sure what went down in those 48 hours, but I had cleared my schedule for the rest of the week and the next week for this interview.

The interview process included two main interviews plus a 'Meet and Greet.' The first interview was with HR, lasting about an hour. They covered company logistics and asked about my resume experience, strengths, weaknesses, and some fun, creative 'bucket list' type questions. The second interview was with the ABA director, who was very friendly. This one was more clinical, asking about assessment experience and how I'd supervise RBTs. After these interviews, I scheduled a time to tour the clinic and meet the ABA team, and then they made an employment offer.

It was a two-step virtual interview process due to COVID-19. I'm filling this out so Jessica from HR knows how comfortable she made me feel during my first interview. She happily answered all my questions and gave me time to think without making me feel rushed. While most people don't enjoy interviews, I have to say I actually did.
