Applied online and got the interview after two weeks. During the phone interview, there were two people interviewing me. They were nice, and the questions were mostly behavioral. I was a little nervous, and the interviewer didn't seem very exciting.

I met recruiters from the Supply Chain department at a career fair and was offered an on campus interview. Before the interview, I was invited to a social event at a restaurant to experience the company culture. The interview itself felt very informal and relaxed, but they did ask standard behavioral questions. I then shared my relevant past work experience. Afterwards, we discussed my future aspirations and how this co-op could help me achieve them.
