First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WestRock.
Software Engineer
I got this interview through my university's career fair. The interview was conducted over Zoom and was pretty laid back. The interviewers were friendly and asked standard behavioral questions.
- Which of your completed classes do you think will be most relevant to this position?
Software Engineer
The interviewers were really nice, and it was a very relaxed and enjoyable conversation. They paid close attention to what I said and were very impressed with my responses. The questions felt more like a chat than an interrogation.
- Can you tell me about something you're currently studying in one of your classes?
Software Engineer
Got an email from HR asking for an interview. They didn't seem to read my resume and didn't have questions prepared (there were 4 interviewers). It was a disappointing experience given how hard I worked for this opportunity.
- Tell me about yourself and your co-op experiences.
