It was easy. First, a phone call, then an in-person interview. They asked about my personality and the cardboard creation process, which I didn't know anything about, but that's what the job is for. I liked all the interviewers.

The first interview was on Teams, and the second was on-site. The first interview was pretty standard. The second one had a bit more questioning and some on-the-spot problem solving. It was a pretty normal process overall, just making sure I was smart and qualified.

It was a pretty chill phone interview, mainly to see if I'd be okay in a manufacturing setting. The manager who interviewed me was going to be my direct supervisor, not someone from HR. They were cool about setting up a time since I was in a different time zone.
