Got an email from a recruiter about a phone interview. We set it up and I talked with them about the company and my resume. They said they'd send my info to HR for the next steps, which was an on-site interview. The on-site had 2 interviewers and was pretty relaxed. We talked more about the company and my background. They asked me a couple questions and mentioned HR would call if I was selected. I got a call offering me the job, pending a background check, drug screen, and physical. I've done all those and am waiting to hear back.

I talked with a bunch of different managers, like, various levels of them. The interview felt super structured, almost like they were reading off a script. Each person had some freedom to ask their own questions, but most of them seemed to be using a list that was given to them. They each focused on a particular skill, and it was pretty easy to tell what each person was looking for.

I'd say it was pretty typical. It was relaxed but still professional. I learned a lot, and they were informative. They asked a lot of questions, some of them were repetitive, but they were also helpful, respectful, and productive. The whole experience was simple and easy-going. It lasted about an hour and they were understanding. They even got back to me even though I didn't get the job.
