Behavioral

I went into a booth and sat down for an interview. The interviewer had a small packet with all the questions and a ranking system. The questions were broken down by category: Adaptability, Leadership Skills, Time management, and Initiative. All questions were phrased as 'tell me about a time you demonstrated ______ [category]'. The interviewer would then ask follow-up questions based on my answers and kept my resume nearby to cross-reference. It wasn't a particularly engaging process.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was with the HR manager and the technical manager. Sometimes a couple of people from the team join and ask questions during the interview. It wasn't exactly a formal interview. They asked regular questions. I was asked a behavioral question about conflict and how I dealt with it. They asked why I chose the company. They also asked the classic “tell us about yourself”. Also asked something along the lines of if someone didn’t do the work they were supposed to (for example in a project) what would I do in that situation. We did a tour of the mill afterward.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got an interview the same day as the career fair. They called me back within a few days to set up another interview. After that second one, I waited a couple more weeks and then they invited me to interview at the plant. The plant interview was all day long, and I met with most of the managers from each department, including the plant manager. I waited another month or two, and then got a job offer over the phone from someone at corporate.
