I applied and heard back from a recruiter via email in October. My first interview was a virtual one-on-one with a team member in November. Two weeks later, I had my second interview virtually with that person's boss. They mentioned a third round, another virtual one-on-one with their boss, scheduled for about 2-3 weeks later. After waiting two weeks post-second interview with no word from HR, I followed up twice via email over a week. Finally, I was told the recruiter would contact me. It turns out, after nearly two months and getting to the second round, they ghosted me before the final interview, which is wild given most companies send a rejection email. Instead, the recruiter's boss ignored my emails and passed the bad news task to their subordinate. This whole experience suggests the company is disorganized and disrespectful of candidates' time. The interviewers seemed stressed about finding someone quickly, and a panel interview with 2-3 interviewers would have been more efficient. For an entry-level role, this process could easily take 3-4 months to an offer. While some companies have competitive processes, this wasn't it. Candidates deserve basic respect, and HR management needs a review. I wouldn't reapply unless major changes occur. The waiting between one-on-one interviews was the hardest part.

The whole thing was pretty fast and I liked it. Started with a screening call from the Director of Finance who told me about the job. A few days later, a recruiter called to set up a panel interview. After that, a few days later, they set up a final interview. This last one was a case study presentation for the big bosses. A few hours after I finished my presentation, they texted me saying I nailed the case study and they were working on an offer. Got the official offer the next day.

I had a phone interview with HR and the manager. Then, the on-site interview was with the financial team and HR. It was pretty casual, but you definitely needed to prepare. They were friendly, and it felt more like a conversation than a strict interview. Everyone had the same questions on a handout and they asked them one by one. It was mostly behavioral questions, and they started by asking me to review my resume before asking their questions.
