I had a quick chat with the HR person I'd spoken to before, it was my second interview. Then they introduced me to the two main interviewers. I spoke with the head of the department who asked me some questions and then took me to the engineer who did the main interview. He asked general interview questions, which I'll list below.

I got a heads-up about the interview about 3-4 days before it happened. It was scheduled for 8am on the Wednesday after finals. I drove to the mill, checked in at the main gate, and watched a quick safety video. Then, I went to the HR conference room where I met with an Operations Manager, a Reliability Engineer, and the Maintenance Superintendent. The interview itself took about 30-45 minutes. Most of the questions were not technical; they focused more on my ability to work independently without needing constant supervision. About a week later, I got a call from corporate offering me the job. They sent the paperwork, which I completed and returned. Soon after, I received a drug test kit and went to a clinic for a hair sample. The holidays caused a slight delay, but I started my job in early January.
