We were in a classroom-style setting, and they called us up individually. Each person had to introduce themselves and answer one question. I think this was just for interns, but they wanted to see how well we researched the company, how well we communicated, and our reasons for choosing Westin.

After submitting my application, I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a phone interview. Following that, they scheduled an in-person interview. This onsite interview lasted about an hour and included the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM), the General Manager (GM), and myself. Both the DOSM and GM were very direct and clear about their needs for this position.
